Deputy Care Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager for their residential home in Newport

Your duties will include:

Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home

Staff management & supervision

Home budgets

Recruitment, appraisals and discipline issues

The successful candidate will:

Need to be registered with Social Care Wales

Minimum level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Adults)

Have a proven track record in care home leadership

A sound working knowledge of care standards

The ability to lead and motivate the staff
