Deputy Care Home Manager

Are you an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager or Deputy Residential Home Manager looking for your next opportunity in Liverpool? We are working with an established elderly care provider to recruit a non-clinical Deputy Home Manager for a large, well-established residential and dementia care home in the Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager who enjoys being visible on the floor, supporting care teams and working closely with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care, compliance and resident experience. This is a non-nursing position and does not require an NMC PIN. The Deputy Home Manager Role Working alongside the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the care home.
