Deputy Care Home Manager - Brook House Care Home, Cambridge We have a great opportunity for a Deputy Care Home Manager looking for their next challenge to work closely with the team at our Brook House Care Home, Cambridge. Brook House Care Home has 35 bedrooms and provides exceptional residential care, residential dementia care, respite care, end of life care and day care. By joining us you will become one of the ''family'' and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect: Salary: £17.55 per hour 36 hours a week, Monday - Sunday About the role: As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the support needs of each of our residents every day. You will be responsible for coordinating and coaching care and ancillary teams to ensure that quality standards are continually improved, and outcomes are recorded and measured effectively.
