Deputy Manager

to join our team and work closely with our long-standing, highly experienced Home Manager, who has mentored and developed three of our current Registered Managers.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in both

personal care delivery

and

supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations . When working on the floor, you will be the

Person in Charge , confidently leading staff and supporting our nursing team (no clinical background required).

Working alongside the Manager on administrative and compliance tasks, with a good understanding of

CQC requirements .

Being a confident communicator with staff, relatives, and external professionals.

Sharing the

on-call rota

and making decisions in the Manager’s absence.
