      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Deputy AR ManagerThe post holder will assist in the effective delivery of the University''s end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring timely and accurate management of various income streams. They will provide day-to-day leadership, act as an operational escalation point, and oversee the resolution of complex queries. They will contribute to continuous improvement, service excellence, and compliance with institutional and sector regulations.The post holder will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager and will positively contribute to the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service, ensuring that AR is efficient, customer-focused and aligned with institutional priorities. Key relationships will need to be managed through liaison with support areas, internal departments and government bodies, and you will need to be an excellent communicator with proven experience in analytical skills and problem-solving.The post holder will be responsible for the operational activities of the Accounts Receivable (AR) function.
