The Role:

As our Deputy General Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, playing a pivotal role in the daily operations and strategic success of the pub. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leadership:andnbsp;Supporting the GM in leading, mentoring, and motivating a large team of front and back of house staff to deliver impeccable service.



• Operations Management:andnbsp;Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
