Depot Team Leader As a Depot Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of a fast-paced operation. Leading from the front, you will energise and motivate your team to deliver high standards of performance, safety and quality. You ll be at the heart of the operation ensuring everything runs smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement and making a real impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction. Depot Team Leader Key responsibilities: Lead by example to create a positive, high-performing and safety-first culture and Motivate and engage the team to deliver consistent productivity and quality standards Effectively plan and allocate work, ensuring smooth workflow across all activities Monitor performance in real time, providing guidance, coaching and support where needed and Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment in line with all regulations Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Carry out regular team briefings, one-to-ones and performance reviews to support development and Plan, organise and support all on-site logistics activities, ensuring efficiency while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
