Depot Manager Distribution Retail / Wholesale Worcester c. 40k + Bonus I am partnering again with a a leading UK distribution business who are looking to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead a key distribution operation in Worcester.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume depot, leading warehouse and transport operations while developing a high-performing team. You''ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service levels, driving operational performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.Working closely with the wider operations leadership team, you''ll have full responsibility for the depot''s day-to-day running of the depot, ensuring safety, service and efficiency remain central to your work.Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse and distribution site. Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team of warehouse colleagues and drivers. Drive engagement through coaching, performance management and regular communication. Partner with HR on employee relations, reviews and disciplinary processes. Ensure operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed. Monitor warehouse and logistics performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Work closely with commercial teams to resolve customer service issues and deliver exceptional service.
