We''re hiring a Depot Manager to lead a major white glove, high-value delivery contract within a global logistics business.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of a specialist operation focused on 2-man delivery, in-home installation, and premium customer service.
The Role
- Lead depot operations across warehouse & transport
- Manage large teams delivering high-value, customer-critical services
- Drive KPIs, service excellence, and operational performance
- Oversee fleet, planning, and compliance (DVSA / O Licence)
- Improve processes in a fast-paced, service-led environment
Is this you?
- Experience in white glove, 2-man delivery, or high-value logistics
- Strong leadership of teams within operational environments
- Transport + warehouse knowledge
- Commercially aware with KPI and cost control experience
