Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a strong operational leader to take ownership of the depot and support the next phase of expansion.The Role• Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the depot• Managing workshop, engineering, hire desk and operational staff• Driving performance, efficiency and customer service standards• Supporting the growth of the depot through strong leadership and commercial awareness• Ensuring all workshop operations, fleet availability and engineering standards are maintained• Managing health and safety, compliance and operational processes• Working closely with senior leadership on depot performance and future growth plansThe Candidate• Previous experience as a Depot Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager or similar• Background within plant hire, powered access, tool ..... full job details .....
