Transport Depot Manager - Pallet Network Operations

Salary: -50,000 + benefits

We are partnered in a search with a leading Warwickshire based haulage company and proud member of a national pallet network. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Transport Depot Manager to oversee their busy depot, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily pallet network operations, including trunking, collections, and deliveries.
• Lead, motivate, and develop drivers, warehouse staff, and office teams.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation, health & safety, and company standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, network members, and partners.
• Monitor KPIs, service performance, and costs to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, service quality, and safety.

About You:

• Proven experience in transport management, ideally within a pallet network environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, fleet management, and driver regulations.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
