The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering / hire background, proven leadership experience and a hands-on approach.Role SummarySupervise and support engineers and depot staffEnsure health and safety compliance and promote safe working practicesOversee the preparation, maintenance and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipmentManage stock levels and ensure equipment is ready for useAttend site surveys, installations and call-outs when requiredMaintain accurate inventory and equipment recordsLead performance reviews and support staff training and developmentHelp ensure the depot operates efficiently and to a high standardRequirementsPrevious experience in a foreman, supervisor or team leader roleBackground in mechanical or electrical engineering/maintenanceExperience working with industrial, plant, machinery or technical equipmentStrong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of health and safety and complianceFull UK driving licenceBenefits ..... full job details .....
