Depot Driver / Shunter - Rail Logistics Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire40 Hours per Week Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00 (Flexibility is required to meet business needs)Are you an experienced rail professional with a background in shunting, rail movements, or depot operations? We are recruiting for a Depot Driver / Shunter to join a busy Logistics team supporting the safe movement of traction and rolling stock within a rail depot environment. The RoleYou will be responsible for the safe control and movement of traction and rolling stock, ensuring all activities are completed in line with operational procedures and safety standards. Key duties include:Safe control of rail vehicle movementsCoupling and uncoupling vehicles, sets and unitsOperating as a competent ShunterOperating as a competent Shunt Vehicle DriverSupporting daily depot and logistics operations What We''re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:Strong understanding of rail operations within a depot, private facility, or rail yard environmentExperience working as a Designated Person, Shunter, Driver, or similar rail operations roleKnowledge of Network Rail standards and activitiesExcellent communication skillsGood computer literacy skills Desirable ExperienceLocomotive driving experienceShunting operations experienceExperience working alongside Train Operating Companies (TOCs)Sentinel PTS card (advantageous but not essential) Rullion supports applications from a diverse talent pool.
