Defining and governing Go/No-Go criteria? Owning end-to-end cutover plans across multiple application workstreams? Leading deployment readiness reviews with technical and business stakeholders? Managing dress rehearsals, mock cutovers and rollback planning? Coordinating application, infrastructure, data migration and business readiness activities? Driving issue resolution during critical deployment windows? Owning Hypercare governance and exit criteria?
