Deployment Engineer

We are supporting a North West public sector organisation with the recruitment of a Deployment Engineer to assist with a large-scale PC refresh and device rollout programme. This is a hands-on role involving the deployment, configuration and replacement of end-user devices across multiple sites. You''ll work closely with staff to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities: Deploy and configure new desktop and laptop devices Carry out device replacements, user setup and basic troubleshooting Provide excellent on-site support to end users throughout the rollout Maintain accurate deployment and asset records Travel between sites across the North West as required What we''re looking for: Previous experience supporting IT deployments, hardware rollouts or desktop refresh projects Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively Comfortable working independently across multiple locations ..... full job details .....
