Deployment Applications Lead

ROLE PURPOSE The BridgeAI Deployment Applications Lead will drive the design and delivery of practical tools, frameworks and guidance products that help organisations successfully deploy advanced AI into operational environments across the UK''s key Industrial Strategy growth sectors. Working at the intersection of frontline advisory practice and programme-level product development, the postholder will combine direct engagement with BridgeAI-supported organisations with the systematic design, prototyping and delivery of reusable technical assets.The postholder will manage at least one member of the BridgeAI team, report directly to the Principal Investigator, and play a leading role in shaping the programme''s technical legacy: its shipped tools, disseminated learning, and contribution to the UK''s evidence base for responsible AI deployment at scale. They will also play a leading role in the wider Strategic Capabilities leadership team. Successful candidates will combine technical depth with the instinct to translate operational learning into lasting, usable assets. They will be comfortable moving between hands-on product development, senior stakeholder engagement and team leadership, and will thrive in a programme environment where they shape the work, and the impact is real.
