You ll play a key role in delivering a service that is person-centred, holistic, and recovery-focused, supporting individuals to recognise their potential, build motivation, and take meaningful steps forward. What you ll be doing You will lead and develop our Lived Experience Peer (LEP) Mentor Service, ensuring it is safe, structured, and impactful.
