Partnering with some of the biggest names in engineering and manufacturing, our client plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth of engineering talent locally, regionally, and nationally.Join UsWe are seeking an experienced tutor/trainer ready to take the next step in their career by becoming a Department Team Leader for Fabrication and Welding, reporting to the Centre Manager.In this hybrid role you will lead a team of instructors to plan and deliver various apprenticeships in fabrication and welding trades such as Metal Fabricator, Pipe Welder and Pipefitter, as well as commercial courses, whilst also being responsible for some delivery. You will inspire and guide the next generation of engineers, sharing your expertise and industry knowledge to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
