We''re looking for an individual with experience in assisted or consultative sales, whether that''s from furniture, technology, home improvement, fashion, or even automotive retail.

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting the leadership team in all aspects of daily operations
• Creating a customer-first culture by leading through example
• Coaching and motivating the team to meet targets and KPIs
• Delivering commercial results through effective team management
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Ensuring the store environment is always welcoming, efficient, and on brand
