Department Manager Retail South Tyrone 36,000 - 42,000 An exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to take ownership of a high-volume fresh food operation.We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to oversee a range of fresh food departments, including Coffee, QSR and Deli. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day operation, people management, food safety, compliance, commercial performance and customer experience across the departments. Key Responsibilities: Take full operational ownership of the department, managing teams of up to 35 plus. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, absence and team development.Plan staffing and rotas effectively to meet customer demand and commercial targets.Ensure excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and legal compliance.Monitor all key performance indictors, taking action to improve performance.Ensure product availability, freshness, presentation and quality.Manage day-to-day production and preparation to meet customer demand while minimising waste.Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain smooth service.Work closely with the Store Manager on; new products / menu''s to drive sales and seasonal times.
