The Role As Laboratory Manager, you will: Lead and motivate the laboratory team to deliver consistently outstanding work. Oversee the restorative workflow, ensuring cases are completed accurately and on time. Maintain the highest standards of quality control across all laboratory departments. Support and develop technicians through coaching, mentoring and performance management. Manage workflow planning, productivity and resource allocation. Work closely with clinicians and customers to ensure excellent service and technical support. Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and efficiencies. Contribute to the commercial success of the laboratory by supporting business growth and client relationships.
