Vacancy Reference: 71022 Multi-site Practice Manager Locations: Reading and Ascot Three sites - two mixed practices and one predominantly private practice Travel required across all three sites as/ when needed Parking available at all sites - must be a car owner Salary: From 20ph, DOE (equates approx 43,680+) Working Hours: Full Time 42 hours per week What You''ll Be Doing: You''ll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our practices by: Woking closely with our amazing management team Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams. Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently. Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service. Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better. Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders. Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement. Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready. Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.
