Overview

Dental Practice Manager / Macclesfield, Cheshire / Full TimeMBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Macclesfield, Cheshire to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Available as soon as possible.

Will take notice periods into consideration.

Mixed practice environment.

Full time opportunity – 5 days per week.

Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPI’s and practice budgets and be commercially aware.

Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.

Salary and Benefits

From £32k per annum depending on experience.

Bonus scheme and performance bonuses in place.

Fully funded CPD.

Parking available.

Family-owned practice, aiming to provide the highest quality of dental care to patients that access their services.

Practice offers general dentistry alongside Invisalign, Implants and Facial Aesthetics.

3 surgery (soon to be 7), computerised Dentally practice with iPads in every surgery.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and with a strong dental background.

You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed targets.
