Job Opportunity: Dental Practice Manager

Location: South Kensington

Salary: -18 to -20 per hour (this is dependent on experience and how the interview goes)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.

• Oversee staff recruitment, induction, training, rotas, and performance management to build a strong and motivated team.

• Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with CQC, GDPR, health and safety, and industry regulations.

• Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls to achieve profitability and sustainability.

• Drive business growth through marketing initiatives, patient acquisition strategies, and community engagement.

• Build and maintain relationships with referrers, suppliers, and local organisations to raise the profile of the practice.

• Monitor patient feedback and service standards, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Analyse business performance data to inform strategic decisions and growth plans.

• Lead on the introduction of new services, technology, and systems to support innovation and efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive patient journey.
