Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of a busy and successful dental laboratory. Manage workflow planning to ensure cases are completed on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Lead, motivate and develop the logistics, customer service and client technical support teams. Monitor productivity, turnaround times and operational performance, implementing improvements where required. Ensure the laboratory operates in line with UK dental regulations, quality standards and internal procedures.
