Central London | -300 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Demo Supervisor for a project in Central London with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor.
This is initially a cover position; however, the client has a strong pipeline of upcoming work and is keen to speak with high-performing candidates about future opportunities, including Site Manager and Project Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising demolition works on site
• Managing operatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
• Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks
• Monitoring progress and maintaining programme targets
• Liaising with site management and project teams

• Previous experience in a Demo Supervisor role
• Strong understanding of health & safety and demolition procedures
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• Relevant demolition qualifications preferred
• Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards on site

• -300 per day
• Central London location
• Immediate start available
