With a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-risk projects safely and efficiently, the business has secured a healthy pipeline of work nationwide.Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to work on a project in Buckinghamshire, with ongoing opportunities across the UK thereafter.This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage demolition projects from inception through to completionDevelop and manage programmes, budgets, and project forecastsOversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain performanceEnsure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsManage client relationships and key stakeholder communicationIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risksOversee site setup, logistics, and waste management processesProduce regular progress reports and maintain project documentationDrive programme performance and resolve technical or operational ..... full job details .....
