As a long-standing member of the NFDC, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance across all our projects.Overview:M and M Demolition is looking for motivated and reliable CCDO Demolition Operatives to join our growing workforce for both large-scale commercial demolition and specialist strip-out projects.Key Responsibilities:Execution: Carry out all demolition works in a safe and efficient manner.Demolition Tasks: Perform soft strip and structural demolition as directed.Equipment Use: Safely use a variety of hand-held demolition equipment.Support: Provide assistance to machine operators on site.Material Handling: Segregate and process various demolition materials to maximize recycling and efficiency.Safety Standards: Maintain safe housekeeping at all times to keep the site tidy.Procedures: Strictly follow all company RAMS and site procedures.Teamwork: Work as part of a professional demolition team to ensure project success.Requirements:Essential: CCDO Demolition Operative Card, CSCS Health, Safety and Environment Test, sound understanding of demolition safety, a reliable and hardworking attitude, and a willingness to ..... full job details .....
