Demolition Project / Site ManagerSalary: £45,000 £65,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card Nationwide ProjectsWe currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to join an award-winning and highly reputable specialist contractor delivering projects across the UK.The business specialises in demolition, enabling works, earthworks and remediation, with a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, residential and industrial sectors.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing demolition projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.Key responsibilities will include: Managing demolition, enabling and associated site activitiesOverseeing site teams, subcontractors and plantEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme and project requirementsMaintaining high standards of health and safety across siteConducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily site coordinationLiaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholdersMonitoring progress, quality and site documentationSupporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion Requirements Previous experience managing demolition projectsBlack CCDO CardSMSTSStrong knowledge of demolition/site health and safetyConfident managing site teams and subcontractorsGood communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving ..... full job details .....
