      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Role: Demobilisation Manager    Location:  National (travel across England &amp; Wales)   Contract:  6 Months | Inside IR35  We are seeking an experienced  Demobilisation Manager  to support a major Property Transformation Programme within a large, complex public sector estate. The role focuses on managing the exit of FM providers and ensuring smooth transition to new suppliers with minimal operational disruption.   Key Responsibilities    Lead FM contract demobilisation across multiple sites  Manage transition between outgoing and incoming service providers  Ensure continuity of Hard &amp; Soft FM services in secure environments  Apply NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirements  Oversee completion of asset registers, compliance data, and handover documentation  Manage supplier performance at contract end and support formal close-out  Engage with stakeholders and provide regular programme reporting  Identify and escalate risks effectively    Requirements    Strong FM operational and contract management experience  Experience in complex, multi-site estates (public sector desirable)  Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts  Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills  Experience with mobilisa...</description>
