Demobilisation Manager
Role: Demobilisation Manager Location: National (travel across England and Wales) Contract: 6 Months Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced Demobilisation Manager to support a major Property Transformation Programme within a large, complex public sector estate. The role focuses on managing the exit of FM providers and ensuring smooth transition to new suppliers with minimal operational disruption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead FM contract demobilisation across multiple sitesManage transition between outgoing and incoming service providersEnsure continuity of Hard and Soft FM services in secure environmentsApply NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirementsOversee completion of asset registers, compliance data, and handover documentationManage supplier performance at contract end and support formal close-outEngage with stakeholders and provide regular programme reportingIdentify and escalate risks effectivelyRequirementsStrong FM operational and contract management experienceExperience in complex, multi-site estates (public sector desirable)Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contractsStrong supplier and stakeholder management skillsExperience with mobilisation/demobilisation or contract exit activityWe can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
