What will I be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie?

Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated teamEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all timesPrepare and present high quality food

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis ChefApproaches food in a creative wayPositive attitudeGood communication skillsExcellent planning and organising skillsAbility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
