The operation will feature a brand£new, state£of£the£art kitchen and accommodate up to 60 guests at any one time. Demi Chef de Partie benefits:

Demi Chef de Partie requirements:
- A skilled and creative Demi Chef de Partie who is eager to develop their craft under the guidance of an award£winning Head Chef, gaining exposure to modern techniques and high£quality produce.
- Minimum two yearsandrsquo; experience working in professional kitchens, ideally within reputable restaurants, hotels, or premium£casual dining environments.
- A stable employment history demonstrating commitment, reliability, and a genuine passion for the industry.
- A positive, team£focused attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and contribute to a motivated, high£performing kitchen brigade.
