Demi Chef De Partie

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team.

The role:As aDemi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in ownership of a specific section within the kitchen, leading and mentoring a team of Commis Chefs to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. You will play a key role in the preparation and execution of menus across multiple outlets, including: Rotunda Lounge and Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and overseeing the Staff Cafeteria team.What you will do:Work with the Chef de Partie to supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets Four Seasons standards.

Train, guide, and support Commis Chefs in your section, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Assist in the development of new dishes and contribute ideas to menu planning.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP, COSHH, and food safety regulations.

Ensure proper stock rotation and assist with inventory control.

Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods.

What you bring:Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

Strong foundation in fresh food preparation and a passion for high-quality ingredients.

Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH procedures.

Food Hygiene Certificate (CIEH Level 2 or equivalent) preferred.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
