Coach, mentor and support the care team. Drive continuous improvement and best practice. Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals. Work closely with the wider management team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.Fully supernumeraryAbout YouPrevious experience in a Dementia Care Manager, Dementia Lead, Clinical Lead or senior leadership role within elderly care. Strong knowledge of dementia care and current best practice. Dementia qualification or relevant specialist training desirable. Passionate about improving standards and developing others.
