At Alzheimers Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Bridgend and the wider Cwm Taff Morgannwg area working 21 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027.
