We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive Cambridgeshire team, working 21 hours per week across Monday to Wednesday on a permanent basis. This is a community based role covering Fenland and Huntingdonshire. You will spend much of your time out in local communities, working in GP Practices meeting people face to face, carrying out home visits, attending community groups and building relationships with local organisations. While some administrative work can be completed from home, this role is centred on being present in the community and supporting people where they are.
