We’re now looking for someone to lead on all things demand and supply and be the guardian of our new IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process.As Demand and Supply Planning Manager at SURI, you will bridge the gap between forecasting demand, managing supply, and safe-guarding product availability while controlling inventory costs. You’ll work closely with Finance, NPD, Channel Leads, Marketing, Operations and external Suppliers to drive accurate demand visibility, support launches, and optimize supply chain flow.You will be instrumental in driving best in class processes, behaviours across teams, metrics and reporting that allow us to be agile whilst ensuring industry-leading product availability.If this excites you and you are keen to shape SURI with us we’d be thrilled to hear from you!Role and Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting and AnalysisBuild and maintain demand forecasts (rolling 12-18 month horizon) by SKU, by channel (DTC, Amazon, Retail and others) by geo (UK and US but expanding).Incorporate inputs and insights from channel leads, marketing and NPD, including promotions, NPI,, seasonality, trends, and external market signals.Analyze past forecast performance, identify root causes of variances, and continually refine forecasting models, upskilling those around you.Supply Planning and Inventory ManagementFully understand the E2E supply chain for each of our products, ensuring lead times, risks and opportunities for simplification and cost optimisation are a focusWork with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure supply plans are frequently shared to enable LTCP (long term capacity planning) and early visibility of risk.Balance and plan procurement to drive most cost effective COGs vs. availabilitySet, monitor and own all demand and supply parameters in all tools and systemsManage inventory across 3PLs and other locations aligned to inventory best practice and own all reporting and actions to mitigate, flag or action excess riskNew Product Launch and Lifecycle ManagementWork with NPD within the SURI Gate Process to coordinate forecast, PO placement and OTIF launch of new products into all channels and geos.Holistically manage all supply chain elements relating to product phase in / phase; end-of-life planning with no business or availability disruption the target.Metrics and ReportingDefine, track, and report KPIs such as product availability, forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, inventory turnover, excess and aged stock.Own all IBP-related reporting and system maintenance and produce dashboards / reports that enable proactive decision-making for key stakeholdersOwn all product availability / OOS risk communications for SURI5+ years experience in a similar role ideally within FMCG / beauty / personal care sectors.
