Experience required :

• Exceptional proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

• Hands-on experience with ERP and dedicated Demand Planning software.

• Extensive background in demand and supply planning, specifically navigating the nuances of intricate, multi-tier supply chains.

• Demonstrated success in identifying supply chain trends and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.

• Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• A resourceful mindset with a natural curiosity for investigating new scenarios and exploring innovative solutions.
