This role is hybrid, based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex , with the flexibility to work from home in line with business needs ( 2-days per week ). Plan resources day-to-day and keep stakeholders updated. Support medium and long-term capacity planning. Keep system data accurate and support stock levels. Your Background: A-Levels or equivalent, plus English and Maths GCSEs. Experience using a CRM or similar system. Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced role. Strong communicator at all levels.
