Demand Planning and Logistics Manager (FMCG - Beverages) - City of London - £45k to £50k A leading FMCG company, specialising in hot beverages, are looking for a commercially minded Demand Planning and Logistics Manager to support the continued growth of the company in the UK across retail, out-of-home and key account channels. This role will sit at the centre of their UK operation, linking Sales, Key Accounts, customer supply chains, their UK order desk, 3PL partners and Head Office warehouse operations in Sweden. SALARY ETC: £45k to £50k per annum Office based, City of London. Potential of working 1-day a week from home after probation period. Permanent, full-time. Monday to Friday, office based hours. REQUIREMENTS: Must have full rights to work in the UK (cannot offer sponsorship) Experience in demand planning, logistics, supply chain or customer operations. Strong understanding of UK retail, wholesale or out-of-home supply chains. Confident working with 3PL providers and international warehouse operations. Commercially aware, analytical and highly organised. Strong communicator who can connect internal teams, external partners and customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business with an international supply chain. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Own the demand planning process, working closely with Sales and Key Account teams to build accurate forecasts.
