Demand Planner 4 days in Central London £45,000-£60,000 + BenefitsI m partnering with a fast-growing cosmetics scale-up that is building out its Supply Chain and Operations team in the UK and across Europe. They re now looking for a talented Demand Planner to join their London HQ and play a pivotal role in driving growth.In this role, you ll own the demand forecasting process, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate forecasts, optimise inventory, and ensure product availability across the UK and EU. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the demand planning function from the ground up and directly support the business expansion into new retailers and markets.What you ll be doing: Develop and maintain accurate rolling demand forecasts across categories and channelsCollaborate with Commercial and Marketing to factor in new launches and promotional activityLead monthly demand and supply planning reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersMaintain healthy inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstockDeliver regular reporting on forecast accuracy, demand vs. actuals, and inventory performanceSupport the implementation and optimisation of new demand planning tools and processes What we re looking for: 3+ years experience in demand planning within FMCG/consumer goodsEnergetic, proactive, and with strong communication skills confident to engage and influence senior stakeholders Highly ..... full job details .....
