Job Description

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales and operational planning.

Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts to minimise overstock and stockouts.

Analyse market trends and historical sales data to improve forecasting accuracy.

Identify and communicate risks or opportunities impacting demand plans.

Utilise demand planning software to generate reports and insights for decision-making.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Demand Planner should have:

Demand Planning experience working within the FMCG industry.

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.

Proficiency in demand planning software and Excel for data analysis.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in forecasting and planning.

A degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
