Description Analyse historical sales, market trends, promotional activity and seasonality to create accurate demand plans. Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts across B2C sales channels. Collaborate with Ecommerce and Commercial teams to understand upcoming campaigns, product launches and trading events. Support inventory and stock planning decisions by providing clear demand insights. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Review and refine demand planning processes to improve efficiency. Generate regular reports on demand trends and inventory performance. Address demand-related issues and provide solutions to stakeholders. Use demand planning software to support forecasting activities. Profile A successful Demand Planner should have: Proven experience in demand planning or a related supply chain role. Experience working within a consumer, ecommerce or manufacturing environment.
