Demand Planner (Hybrid Working)

Working Pattern: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home We are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join a growing and collaborative team based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and supply chain knowledge who enjoys working with data, forecasting trends, and collaborating across multiple departments to support business performance. The Role As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing sales and inventory data, managing stock levels across the supply chain, and providing data-driven insights to support planning and decision-making. You will work closely with Buying, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure forecasts, priorities, and stock availability are aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in improving forecast accuracy, supporting product launches and promotions, and helping the business maintain the right balance between stock availability, cash flow, and minimising excess inventory. Key Responsibilities Analyse historical sales data, sell-through trends, and stock performance to support inventory planning. Provide data-driven insights for product launches, new ranges, and promotional activity. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimise out-of-stocks and excess stock.
