Demand Planner Beauty Brand Up to £45,000 + Benefits Remote UK Occasional travel to Pembrokeshire Golden Fox Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing beauty brand that''s looking for a commercially minded Demand Planner to join the business during an exciting period of growth. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the business has the right products in the right place at the right time. Working across ecommerce, DTC, wholesale and retail channels, you''ll be responsible for turning data into meaningful insight, helping the business make smarter decisions around stock, forecasting and future demand This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and influencing decisions across the wider business. The role As a Demand Planner, you''ll be responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts, improving stock visibility and supporting product launches while working closely with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams. Key responsibilities include: Developing demand forecasts across DTC, wholesale and retail channels Managing inventory levels to ensure products remain available while reducing excess stock Supporting new product launches through accurate forecasting and planning Working closely with Finance to improve stock visibility and commercial planning Producing WSSI and stock reporting to support business decisions Analysing sales trends, customer demand and stock performance Identifying ..... full job details .....
