Demand Planner (12-18 Month FTC) - Scunthorpe/Hybrid - Competitive Salary Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in Scunthorpe that is looking to recruit a Demand Planner to support their business on a 12-18 month contract. As the Demand Planner, you''ll own the monthly SandOP cycle end to end and bring demand, supply and production together into a single plan that keeps customers happy and the operation running efficiently. What''s On Offer: Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home. You select which days best work for you 37.5 hours per week with an early 1pm finish every Friday (flexi time) Business performance and individual achievement-related bonuses 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Free on-site parking Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead the monthly SandOP cycle, facilitating Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-SandOP and Executive SandOP meetings Consolidate demand, supply, inventory and financial assumptions into one operating plan Develop and maintain rolling 3, 6, 12 and 24 month forecasts, working with Sales, Product Management and Projects to improve accuracy Translate forecasts into material, supply and capacity requirements, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation plans Build and maintain finite production schedules, releasing and prioritising work orders Run and review MRP outputs, managing lead times, safety stocks and reorder policies Maintain planning ..... full job details .....
