- 18 month demand plans for the international channel, utilising both statistical and manual forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain teams to optimise inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to adjust forecasts as needed.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth product availability.
- Prepare and present reports on demand planning and inventory performance.
- Support the implementation of planning tools and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Demand Planner should have:
- +5 years'' experience in demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using demand planning software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
