Location: Chichester, West Sussex (Hybrid - 1 day WFH) Salary: 37,000 per annum ( 18.25 per hour equivalent) Job Type: Full-time Temp to Perm - Flexible start times Sector: ManufacturingWe are currently recruiting for a Demand Planner on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Chichester. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an organised and proactive planning professional to join a growing Planning and Procurement team.Reporting to the Head of Planning and Procurement, you will play a key role in converting customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring materials, manufacturing schedules and stock levels are aligned to meet customer expectations.Demand Planner - Position OverviewCreate and maintain item codes, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Process customer orders and create Sales Orders and Production Orders in line with manufacturing capacity and lead times.Raise Purchase Orders for bespoke and free-issue materials.Manage component stock levels to support production while minimising shortages and excess inventory.Track customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, resolving planning or supply issues as they arise.Provide regular updates on order progress, risks and lead times to internal stakeholders.Liaise closely with Production, Procurement and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain accurate ERP data to support production planning and ..... full job details .....
