Demand Planner

Our client, a prominent entity in the Beauty sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to join their centralised London team on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end demand planning processesCollaborating closely with the procurement team to align demand and supplyAnalysing sales and inventory data to forecast demand accuratelyImplementing and launching the new ERP system, while transitioning from spreadsheet relianceSupporting the Head of Operations and Supply Chain to streamline processesContributing to the expansion in both UK and US markets, particularly with MandS, Boots, and more.Providing insights and recommendations on product demand trends, especially in the growing fragrance categoryParticipating in restructuring efforts within the business contextJob Requirements:Proven experience in demand planning, preferably within the beauty industryUnderstanding of procurement processes and timingsProficiency in data analysis, particularly with sales and inventory dataExperience with ERP systemsAbility to work effectively in a team with no direct reportsExcellent organisational and communication skillsFlexibility to work 3 days/week in the London office, with some flexibility on days including FridaysRelevant accreditations in demand planning or supply chain management are desirableBenefits:Standard pension plan25 days of annual leaveGenerous product discountsIf you are an experienced Demand Planner looking to contribute to a dynamic and ..... full job details .....
